Effective 01-Oct-2026. This policy explains what ProofreadingServicesCo (operated by Mustahsan; "I", "me") collects through this site and how it's used.

What I collect

• Contact form / quote requests: your email address and any project details you submit via Start a Project or the pricing quote form.
• Sample-edit demo: the short excerpt you paste into the homepage demo, which is sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate the edited preview. This is separate from your full manuscript and is never used for anything beyond generating that preview.
• Analytics: basic, aggregated site-traffic data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics.

How your manuscript is handled

Sample are collected via email, edited and returned back via email. The sample is not retained

Third parties

Excerpts submitted to the sample-edit demo or chat widget are processed by 3rd Party and the underlying AI model provider.

What I don't do

I don't sell your data, and I don't use your manuscript content for any purpose beyond the service you requested.
